简介 :
俗名錢鰻、薯鰻、虎鰻、糬鰻(澎湖)、花鰻(澎湖)、青(澎湖)、繸斑裸胸鯙。棲息於礁區、近海沿岸，深度0-30公尺，無毒性，可食用，有觀賞價值，是經濟性魚類，分布於印度至太平洋，產於臺灣東部、南部、北部、東北部、小琉球、蘭嶼、80 cm，模式種產於西南印度洋模里西斯。
形態特徵 :
體延長而呈圓柱狀，尾部側扁。上、下131-135。魚體底色為黃白至淡褐色，體側有許多黑斑塊，沿著3-5列；部份個體體側之黑色斑塊或有垂直相互連成帶狀波紋的變異形式。背鰭、臀鰭的邊緣顏色較淡；背鰭、臀鰭上常具有黑色繸狀斑紋。
棲所生態 :
主要棲息於珊瑚礁潮間帶的潮
地理分布 :
分布於印度-太平洋區，西起馬達
